The Problem
Many young people experiment with off-label prescription pills, but the market for those pills is increasingly saturated with fake fentanyl pills which will instantly kill those without sufficient tolerance. It is impossible to visually tell the difference between real and fake pills, and the most reliable way to shield yourself from the risks is simply to not experiment with pills.
The Mission
About half of young people don’t know that fentanyl is prevalent in off-label pills. Our mission is to get that message to as many young people as possible, before they ever gamble with their lives on a potentially deadly pill.

Our Work
We reach young people in two ways: through direct outreach and through providing resources to community organizations, parents, schools, and law enforcement. Our work is guided by the idea that the best way for young people to hear about fentanyl is not top-down, but rather through focused, engaging, and peer-led programming.

Get Involved
We always appreciate volunteers and partners — there’s a place for everyone in this fight.
